PDG Encoding Instructions

Getting Started

Step 1: If you are in the area where LBNL ships PDG products, you can create an account, if you don't have one already at this page: https://pdg.lbl.gov/PdgOrderingSystem/. If you are outside the LBNL shipping area, Piotr will have to make an account for you.

Step 2: You need to be authorized to log in to the system. We are rolling out the system with just a few users at a time. Please email Piotr if you want to be authorized, and tell him the username or e-mail address you used when creating the account.

Step 3: Go to https://pdgprod.lbl.gov/pdgprod/PdgWorkspace/ and log in. You should see "Encoding System" on the top of the screen, as shown below (amongst other things, if you have other roles enabled).

Your encodings

You should see a list of papers ready for you. (Note: this will not be ready until Dec 1.)
